  • You can contact me via website, email or phone. Fill out the contact form and I can answer any questions you may have. I offer a 15 minute free consultation to assess fit. You can also use the “book now’ link to set up your profile in my Noustalk booking system.

  • I offer experienced, personalized, practical and skills based support. Grounded compassion and professional honesty. I aim to be warm without being overly reassuring, compassionate, yet honest about limits and realistic about the work required. Trust and reliability are central: you’ll get punctual, confidential, and accountable care.

  • Successful therapy stems from a trusting relationship between client and clinician.  Consider someone who has the skill set and experience that you are looking for.  Years of practice are a critical element of skill in this space.   A consultation phone call can be a helpful way to start this conversation.   Some potential questions to get started :
    -how long have you been providing therapy?
    -what is your style and skill set?
    -what can I expect from our sessions?

  • A standard clinical hour of 50 minutes is $165, and $190 for couples.

    Supervision is priced at $85 for dyadic or $45 for group supervision

    Fees are paid to clinician directly via credit card, etransfer or cash.

    I am a Master’s level social worker #808259 and provide receipts for insurance reimbursement or for medical expenses re; income tax

  • I have office hours 5 days a week, for in person or virtual sessions, excluding weekends.

    I offer evening hours both in person and virtually.

  • Honest, Respectful, and Real I won't just nod and reflect your words back at you. I'll offer direct observations, honest feedback, and concrete tools when they're needed. Expect a therapist who is engaged, present, and genuinely invested in your progress.

  • If you need to cancel a therapy appointment, as much notice as possible is greatly appreciated. Cancellations with less than 24 hours are subject to the full session rate. Cancellations can be done by phone, email or text.

  • If you require immediate assistance, please call 911 or  visit your local Emergency Department. The suicide crisis line 9-8-8 is available 24 hours, 7 days a week.

  • All information is confidential and subject to rules regarding confidentiality between client and therapist. When necessary, I
    do engage in peer supervision, and every effort is made to maintain your
    confidentiality (typically by refraining from the use of names). Apart from
    this consultation, no information will be shared with anyone without your
    expressed, written and signed consent.
     
    Legal Requirements: By law, I am required to release information to other
    appropriate sources in the following situations:
    a) There is a reasonable belief that you will harm yourself or others
    b) Inform the Children’s Aid Society of suspected child abuse
    c) There is reasonable belief that a health professional is guilty of sexual
    abuse
    d) If the file is subpoenaed by a court of law
